Dr. Tricia Groff Executive Advisor, Licensed Psychologist, Author

Sometimes you feel alone as you navigate life and leadership, but everyone else struggles with the same questions. “Am I getting this right?” “Am I enough?” “How do I lead my organization well?”
The stories and challenges of my amazing clients inspire me to provide content that can be widely distributed to a larger audience. I believe in living in color, challenging the status quo, and acting out priorities instead of talking about them. Sometimes we fall down and scrape our knees; sometimes our feelings get bruised. However, I think that one of the greatest gifts we give ourselves is permission to run hard, get it wrong, and get back in the race.
